Something I didn't realize about The Jam's "Tales from the Riverbank" is I've been listening to an.alternatve take of the song, but after listening to that alternative so much, the original seems plain.

Though from that Jam Gold album is another song, can't remember the name of it, with similar backing to that Alternative version of Tales of the Riverbank, possibly an early demo before sorting out the final lyrics.
