Here would be my vote, back from 1982, and I still think the art work was great on this one. It also has one of my favorite rock songs of all time, "Heat Of The Moment":

Now I have to say that I am not a fan of album covers. I don't know why but they never seem to be very cool to me.

The ones that I have an affinity for are simpler ones with the artists or drawings of the artists on front like Neil Young & Crazy Horse Everybody Knows This Is Nowhere, Crosby, Stills, & Nash debut, and David Gilmour's solo debut.
