But it's not the first time a rapper has sampled ELO, Jungle Brothers sampled "Don't Bring Me Down" in 1988 on "Because I Got It Like That" from their debut album Straight out the Jungle and Will.i.am sampled "It's Over" in 2007 on "Over" from his album Songs About Girls!
