yes terry kath was my godfather and chicago 17 is one of my favorite albums.

Well, your godfather was one of the great underrated guitarists of the entire rock era. You should be proud.

It looks like the Hall of Fame has already reached it's "max" for this year's picks, Chicago will probably make it in next year hopefully because they certainly deserve it!
This year, I'm happy about Skynyrd and Sabbath finally making it in.....those bands were such guitar-heavy rock bands with taste that I found it hard to beleive it took so long to induct them.

Next year....will be Journey's year....the lunatic fringe of the fan base made sure the band were awarded a Star on the Walk of Fame in Hollywood...and now the campaign for the Hall of Fame has started...

I was a big Chicago fan back in the day. I really love everything they did from the Carniege Hall Live Set back.



I saw Chicago when I was a Junior in HS in 1972. They Rocked the House, especially on their encore an jam on "Free". A Very Professional Concert. A Night Full of Music ! !
