This band is from Bowling Green, Kentucky, which is pretty close to me. They released thier first album in 2008, "Cage the Elephant". They have a new sound, kinda funky with some old rock flavor. They toured this year as a back up group for Silversun Pickups.

I dont think I have talked about them before, OB. The song "aint no rest for the wicked" is pretty hot around here, these days. I just discovered this band about a month ago. Took me this long to decide I really liked them.

I like "Ain't No Rest for the Wicked" (thanks to the Borderlands video game commercial lol) but I'm unfamiliar with their other songs. I'll have to look into it

Funny you mention the Borderlands commercial, that is how I discovered this band Drove me crazy until I figured out who the band was.

No, I believe it is an animal print girls shorts jumper. He has also been seen painted up in animal prints on stage. Quite the fool, and funny to see, but a great vocalist, nonetheless.
