Crosscut Saw was a fan favourite on the southern rock circuit back in the day. From Tallahassee, Florida led by two charismatic frontmen, vocalist/harmonica Pat Ramsey and lead guitarist Julien Casper. Raw, southern swamp-sludge boogie blues. An absolute smoker.

Awesome stuff Joe ! I had never even heard of these guys ...
Southern Hard Rocking Blues with a down south snarl, kick ass chops and a mean delivery
Sort of sounds like a cross between Johnny Winter and The Allman Brothers to me

DLing as soon as possible thx for another great find .:grinthumb

You're pretty bang on Wolf. Ramsey played harmonica on a Johnny Winter album which I can't think of at the top my head. I picked up SS copy years ago at a vinyl record swap meet. Of course, I opened it.:grinthumb
