Brilliant Disguise is one I really like. I know the song Born To Run.

Jungleland, Thunder Road, She's The One, Tenth Avenue Freeze Out, Streets Of Fire, Racing In The Street, Point Blank, I'm On Fire, so so many.

Tenth Avenue Freeze Out and I'm On Fire I know.

Not in love with I'm On Fire.

Like LG said, start with the Born To Run album. I think it's his best work. And then move on from there. But only if you're interested, of course.:D

I'll echo LG and JG. Born To Run is where to start. Excellent album although Darkness On The Edge Of Town is my personal favorite.:grinthumb

I think both artists have merit, but I'll go with Springsteen.

I'm partial to the double album The River. Contains a strong mix of light-hearted tunes swirled with very solemn and sad songs.

I respect that about Joel too. Unlike, say, McCartney and especially Elton John, who keep plopping out woefully sub-par material.

Although it was pretty tacky of Joel to highlight this difference between he and Elton in a recent edition of Rolling Stone...in a "tribute" to Elton no less.

Jealousy never rests.

I didn't know Joel did that. Well, I know him and Elton have had some differences and words as of late so who knows what's up with that.

Still love the mans music with a fiery passion.
