Tough one!
I'm a big fan of both.
I'm going BOC because it was a debut.
And very original.
Different from anything else around.
Although so was Alice.
But he was Alice and we already knew him.
If that makes any sense.

Actually a second album but I stand by it.
It was a first for me and my buds.

BILLION DOLLAR BABIES although I've always thought it dips a bit towards the end but there are some great tracks on the album overall though.
