Big 4...still listen to (good) metal, and while I like three of the Seattle bands I can't stand Pearl Jam.

JLT's usually roped in for the Deep Purples covers, where he seems at home. I think Mark Boals covered Mistreated. I don't know anything about him, but he is a great singer.

I didn't care for his vocal delivery on Slaves and Masters much either. To be fair, I haven't listened to it in years.Maybe time to give it another chance.

When it comes to golden gods of thrash and grunge I'll go for the latter every time. I have little interest in Anthrax and absolutely none in Slayer so it's a matter of numbers as much anything else. Two bands I like versus three that I like plus one I'm alright with isn't fair anyway you slice it.

The Big Four by a bazillion miles.

Of the "seatle 4" only one of those bands was worth it's weight in salt, Alice In Chains. The other 3 sucked donkey balls.

I will never forgive Chris Cornell for his support slot at my first Aerosmith gig, can't stand Alice In Chains or Pearl Jam. Love Nirvana though.

Not a Metallica fan, but love Megadeth, Slayer and Anthrax.

    Big Four all the way.
