I'm picking 2. (sorry 70'sG) 
One that everyone knows and one that most people won't know. Between these two albums, I've probably listened to each several hundred times.
Metallica - Metallica (1991)
Lynch Mob - Lynch Mob (1992)
Off the top of my head, honorable mention to Lynch Mob's first album, Wicked Sensation ... and Judas Priest - Painkiller
