It's a tie for me between Alice Cooper 'Billion Dollar Babies' & the NY Dolls debut. I really can't pick a winner between the 2. Just when I start giving Cooper the edge I think of Personality Crisis or Pills or Frankenstein so I'm leaving it as a Tie!
