Firstly I must apologise for my tardy tribute to this man, a guy that sessioned into the hundreds, Brian Keith Flowers passed away on September 5th....a young 86 years of age.
His most famous bass intro on double... landed him a fee of 17 bucks!
Tuba player and a wizard on his trademark fretless Bass.
Rest easy Herbie Flowers you'll be missed '
