I think it'd be cool to see how much influence the sharing of music and taste in the forum has had on what other members have checked out. I know I've found tons of great material to add to my collection since I've been here and I've got some albums I never would've sought after if I'd not been previously introduced through our members. Here's what other members have contributed to my collection!

There are plenty more where I expanded my collection for a certain band because of being exposed to further material but I prefer to list the ones that were sight unseen and unheard by me at all until seeing them here in the forum! So, what are your examples?

I got the Rumble Strips single for Not The Only Person off of I-tunes because of Sunny! Great song MP!



Another song I got off of I-tunes is this one because of Astrid Kirchherr!

My music has tripled since I came here so it's be impossible to name everyone who's shared something with me, but my two biggest sharers are Cosmic Harmony and Ezequiel. Although it doesn't count as buying, me and Ez have sent dozens of albums to each other online. Actually now I think about it, there's not a whole lot of music I actually have paid for

My favourite of all though has come from Harmony, the epic album Brother, Sister by MewithoutYou:

Lord Grendel and Metal Priest recommended Ok Computer to me,so i bought it,it gets played regularly,great album.

My favourite of all though has come from Harmony, the epic album Brother, Sister by MewithoutYou:

I found tons of albums and bands not to buy!



But more seriously....I picked up a Frampton's new one, after reading rtbuck's album review...

and will be picking up ''George Thorogood & the Destroyers – ''Live in Boston 1982'' also, after another mighty fine album review by Bucky.

So, Cheers to Bucky!

Black Stone Cherry's second album
