I think that both of these albums came out within a couple of weeks of each other. Interestingly enough, I also think that Clapton and half of the "dominos" played on Harrison's album.

As it is, I think that All Things Must Pass is quite overhyped. There are some very cool tunes on it (for me, My Sweet Lord and What is Life being my faves), but there's a lot of filler for my ears. Layla also has quite a bit of filler, but I happen to enjoy it more.

Clapton and crew get my vote

Tough one, today I went for Derek & The Dominoes....on a different day could be George Harrison.

'All Things Must Pass' - all George's frustrations, after years of what he saw as being held back, come together in one awesome triple album (though a double would have done the trick :rolleyes:)
