My Favorite Things (1961) - The whole album.

This album reminds me of Floyd's Meddle just because I have to listen to the whole album. If I begin listening to the album and get called away on errands, I feel obligated to return to the album and pick up where we left off. There is such a continuity in the music that if you remove a piece, it seems alienated from the big picture. If that makes any sense at all.

^^^ Trane has many great albums and that's one of them, hell yeah. The first one I ever got into was the wildly intense and spiritual Meditations from his late period.
Not for the squeamish.
