I found this clip while searching for a YouTube video of an Andrew McCulloch drum solo. I failed in the search, but came across this little gem instead.

The YouTube description lists the lineup as:

Peter Banks - Gibson 335 Guitar
Martin Briley - Bass
Andrew McCulloch - Drums
Colin Towns - Keyboards

Peter was working with a Los Angeles-based version of Empire around this period (on the sessions that were eventually released as 'Mk. II'), but this isn't the same band.

A poster on Yesfans.com reveals this is from a sampler called Guitar Workshop Vol.2 by various guitarists. There is a second Peter Banks track on it called 'Warning:Rumble Strips'. Transatlantic records released it on vinyl in 1976 and later on CD.

Peter was the original Yes guitarist, while Martin Briley and Andrew McCulloch were members of Greenslade. Colin Towns was a member of Gillan and went on to work on TV soundtracks.

Peter Banks Dancing Angel '76 info anyone?

Actually this isn't a clip at all, it's a track. I'd appreciate it if a mod could change the thread title to a 'Rare track . . . ' instead. Thanks. Silly me!
