How many times has it been said...you're watching one of your favorite music DVD's and it's a band from the 60's or the 70's (to be fair), and when a promotional clip is shown...it's the same narrative.
"We" or "the band pioneered the music video" or "this clip proves that they were the first to inspire the music video"...
...I always find this funny, as they've been doing the "promotional clip" since the 50's really. But I'll stick with the 60's here as they had ALOT of groovy ones at that.
