4 Non Blondes (Official Thread)

[METALPRIEST]

was an American rock band formed in 1989. The group consisted of bassist Christa Hillhouse, guitarist Shaunna Hall, drummer Wanda Day and vocalist Linda Perry.

Prior to the release of their album, Roger Rocha replaced Hall on guitar, and Dawn Richardson replaced Day on drums. They hit the charts in 1993 with "What's Up", their only hit. Perry left the band in 1995 to begin a solo career, and the remaining members disbanded.

That one album is very good. Linda Perry has a very powerful voice and I like the bands musical style. Tis a shame they didn't put out any more albums.

I really like her solo song with Grace Slick which I first heard on the soundtrack to the Crow sequel! A very dark and soulful song!

I love the harmonica in it...though I'm pretty sure it's actually guitar.
