I love both of them and consider them to be a masterpiece tunes of 1976, but I am going with Rising because of Dio's great vocals and Blackmore's stunning guitar solo.

Rainbow! Dio's vocals are just magnificent... and music too.
I also like Rush's album, but I have always had a problem with them: I don't like Lee's voice.
