I heard this song on the radio yesterday. It could be relatively new or 90s/00s. I'm not sure. It had a dramatic tone to it and the refrain was sommething like the numbers '22 46', numbers close to these or something that sounded similar to these numbers. Hope someone knows it.

That's your opinion, but not giving Dylan any credit for writing the song doesn't make any sense because if he hadn't written the song then Guns N' Roses wouldn't have covered it and made the version you supposedly like. The only logical explanation is that you wouldn't really mind if the song...
