I can appreciate a good stoner metal song, even though in general the genre gets old fast IMO, since most songs (including this one) tend to closely follow the same particular pattern/sound. 7/10

I'm not a big friend of the production at all. In general the song, vocals as well as instumentation, sounds very tame and not like the epic it tries to be.
That being said, I understand it is not fair for me to compare this to their legendary albums as they are clearly catering to a different...

9. High Enough - Damn Yankees...
To me the first half of the song really sounds like they want to sound like Pink Floyd on The Wall, but the vocals are infinitely less interesting than Walters'.
The instrumental development over the second half isn't bad, but to be honest; a 10 minute prog track has to be REALLY...
I find it hard to put a number on songs that are basically just a long guitar solo, I think they really have to be amazing to justify a high score.
It's a cool idea but does not awe me. I'd say 6/10

Never realised how the intro actually makes up a third of the whole song.
Anyways, for me it's one of the weaker songs off Rust in Peace and I'll still rate it 8/10 because that album is a damn masterpiece.

I have not listened to Stratovarius before. This song kind of reminds me of Kiske-era Halloween.
I enjoyed the the main part, (about 2~mins in) with the high pitched vocals and guitars way more than the intro.
All in all an enjoyable prog piece; 7/10

I would've just summerized everything thats not clearly a different genre like Pop or Techno under the broad term Rock. Doesn't really matter in the end I guess.
What can I say, The Clash are my all time favourite band and Joe Strummer's vocals are just a league of their own. It might not...
I feel like this doesn't exactly belong in the different genre thread on a rock forum  Anyways it liked it. Easy, mellow tune, nice vocals nothing to complain about really
8/10

Big Can fan here. They surely knew how to craft a spacey atmosphere.
It almost feels thicker on this live version than on the album; great find. Also you can't really go wrong with any song off Ege Bamyasi, Future Days or Tago Mago, live or studio, imo.
9/10

I really am into the the eerie ambiente, but I have to say I'd wish for the vocals to be more raw. Also it kind of starts to drag a little bit towards the end.
Still definitely loving the instumental parts and definitely a band/an album I'll check out if I find the time. 8/10
