Re: Daily, Nightly and Ever So Rightly II *Chat Thread*
You know something, I thought of that. I thought she played me like that to get back at him but had second thoughts so she cancelled on the hang out. I hope those were not her true intentions because that's not a friend.
Re: Daily, Nightly and Ever So Rightly II *Chat Thread*
Of course. I knew she had a boyfriend all along. I just thought she had small feelings for me. I was dead wrong, but whatever.
I texted her tonight. She said it was just drama and confusion in her "personal life" which means...
Re: Daily, Nightly and Ever So Rightly II *Chat Thread*
If any of you remember me talking about the co-worker (if you don't go back to page 335, if you care) who gave me her number and wanted to hang out, I have an update...I need advice again. It took a turn for the worse.
We're both giving...
Just a casual fan but I think I'll choose "We Belong." The only song I've heard of hers that I can't stand is "Hit Me With Your Best Shot." Ugh........horrible.
Re: Post your latest CD/DVD/Vinyl/Cassette purchases here!
Got all these at my local record store today except for "Extraordinary Machine" by Fiona Apple. Received that from Amazon yesterday. I listen to everything as you can tell.
Re: Daily, Nightly and Ever So Rightly II *Chat Thread*
Feels good to be loved. :)
We'll see if she texts me today. Not expecting it at all though. I'm a metal fan, but I'm a big softie at heart (as you can tell). :uh:
Re: Daily, Nightly and Ever So Rightly II *Chat Thread*
Of course. Story of my life. Like a cute girl would give me her phone number and actually want to "hang out." Not the first time a girl cancelled on me. So, I've handled it pretty well. If we don't hang out tomorrow, it will be awkward at...
Re: Daily, Nightly and Ever So Rightly II *Chat Thread*
Update on the girl situation. She cancelled on me tonight. I figured she would back out. Not a good sign. :uh:
Well she can't avoid me because I work with her. I told her to text me tomorrow if she wants to hang out but I know she...

^
I know...
She has a boyfriend and wants to hang out with me alone! WTF do you call that?
She said she's "free" both nights. She wouldn't want to spend her time with her boyfriend or other friends instead of a co-worker she...
Re: Daily, Nightly and Ever So Rightly II *Chat Thread*
I haven't even known her for 4 months yet. I'm only part time so technically it's like 2 months. I FB stalked her a little and I see her profile pic is still up with her boyfriend. Yikes...:uh:
We are starting to become friends. I...
Re: Daily, Nightly and Ever So Rightly II *Chat Thread*
It's tough cause she's a co-worker too. Why does she have to have a boyfriend though? lol. It's nothing but trouble. Yeah, if she was interested in me like that then how could I trust her? The fact that we are going to be hanging out alone...
That's my kind of cake! lol. :D
I had to work on my birthday but it was cool. Coworkers were very sweet to me today (they always are). Nice picture of Blitz btw, love Overkill. :headbang
Anyway, thanks everybody. :)
Re: Daily, Nightly and Ever So Rightly II *Chat Thread*
Don't know if this is the right thread but whatever...
I need some input. My coworker gave me her phone number today (out of nowhere) and wants to hang out this weekend. She said she's free both nights and told me to text her when I...
Nevermind is very good. The only songs that "overrate" it are "Smells Like Teen Spirit" and "Come as You Are." I'm sick to death of those 2 songs. I can listen to the rest all day. However, I agree with Bleach. Bleach is underrated and might be my favorite Nirvana album.
As far as this thread...
I grew up listening to the Monkees because my mom was a huge fan of them. She had a bunch of VHS tapes of their TV show (which she still has). She took my cousin to one of their 30th reunion concerts in 96'. I was only 10 at the time, so I didn't go plus I wasn't into them yet. I eventually...
Agreed. I think a lot of stuff off Bleach is better than Heart Shaped Box. It's still a great song though. Man in the Box gets the vote here. The song never gets old (the chorus is phenomenal) and it got me into AIC who are my favorite band.
