    My first recorded music

I must say. I have been listening to this piece over the last week. And its such a rarity. Its one of the few things that I've done that I like more as time goes on. Usually I grow spiteful towards it. But everything is right where I want it. The sound quality sucks sure, but this improvisation...

    Pete Seeger

This guy is incredible. For the past few days I have been finding whatever scraps are left on Pete. The man is 91 years old and still plays. I hope people don't hate on me for making a new thread on him. I couldn't find one. If this doesn't convince you of the relevance of Pete Seeger, I...

    Percs of being a Musician

It allows you to express. Not yourself, not your surroundings. Just how it all makes you feel, everything that's added into your mind like some freak smoothie. But every once in a while you take a sip that is truly delicious, and those moments of pure magic are the ultimate perk of being a...

    My first recorded music

Hah! Verr funneh. Its no magnum opus, its more 'I sat down and got a pick, then played for 7 minutes or so'. If I feel a magnum opus coming on, ClassicRockForums will be the first to check it. :D

    Magnum Opus?...and I draw a blank.

    My first recorded music

It should be noted that I was a bit 'impaired' before, during and after recording this. So if it sounds a bit off to ya, I wont take it personal! :)

    My first recorded music

Recorded this earlier today with my ipod's voice memo option. Used my new 'Mini' Martin acoustic for this one. Its just an improv jam. Hope you all enjoy it, or don't. Please leave me precious comments! Peace! CFaSqikl9Ic Edit: I strongly recommend listening to it through headphones...

    Music Confession!

NGpLpqU9jC4 This was usually on after sesame street when I was a kid. When I was younger this is what I lived for. I LIVED FOR THIS. Every hour at school, every last bite of vegetables was for Lawrence Welk. We're talking 4-7 years old here people. I would jump around and applaud pieces of...

If a classical composer were writing today, who would he be?

Just their musical diversity. Their actual images have nothing in common. But the way their music differs but is somehow similar, would be one thing I could put my finger on.

    Bob Dylan (Official Thread)

Re: Bob Dylan Well dammit I'm a woman then. I loved wonder boys. That song is a bit spooky. I love the guitar in it though, a brilliant riff. I wonder if Bob thought it up

If a classical composer were writing today, who would he be?

Bob Dylan would be Beethoven, Jim Morrison would have been Mozart. That's all I can really think of. haha
