    Black Sabbath Best Vocalist

Ozzy got the job because a local band needed a singer with a PA. The guy is almost completely untalented, literally one of the most overrated vocalists of all time. Tony Iommi himself said the reason their is no Sabbath live alum with Ozzy is because Ozzy was constantly out of tune...

Beatles - Help, live in '65

WbtCaBm4FOA It is ridiculous how on the harmony vocals are, sharing a mic, more than likely with little to no monitors.

    Calling all crf musicians!

What kind of tune you looking to do? I've got some riffs lying around that don't fit in the context of my current band, I could probably demo something up.

Anybody here live in the DC/metro area and play bass? Our bassist moves to Austin next month. :(

    Skid Row (Official Thread)

Re: Skid Row The first album wasn't really all that hair metal, and Slave to the Grind is just straight up metal. They toured with Pantera on that one, and I really regret not catching it.

    King Diamond (Official Thread)

Re: King Diamond I'll always love Don't Break the Oath above everything else the King was involved in, but those first two solo albums just slay. Well, and all of it is better than what Hank Sherman did after MF broke up... 6_eHi3v34fQ :wtf:

Unfortunately, dark clubs are really hard to get good videos in. The stage is actually bright as hell when you're standing in front of it, but it just doesn't translate. Too many multi-colored lights. Thanks for the listen, though!

    Billy Joel (Official Thread)

My cover band does "Only the Good Die Young", and it is always a blast to play. Since Billy is a pianist, the chord changes are never what a guitarist expects them to be.

Yeah, my electric rig is completely tailored to what I need it to do. I've owned a little bit of everything, and my college rig probably would have been more your style: Strats and Les Pauls into a Fender Blues DeVille 4x10, with a Tube Screamer, Chorus, and wah on the floor. That was a...

Thumper asked for gear pics, so here goes... Here are two of my KxK seven strings. Both are maple neck through with ebony fretboards and mahogany wings, Spertzel locking tuners, and Seymour Duncans. The bridge pickups are rewound by Wolfetone to early 80s JB specs. This is my other...

    Hello all

Thanks, man. I'm mainly a lover of metal, but my tastes pretty much run all over the map. I picked up guitar because of Jimmy Page and Eric Clapton, the cover band plays a bunch of Doobie Brothers and Eagles tunes, and I'm really looking forward to the Megadeth/Exodus/Testament show coming...

    Hello all

Hi, I'm Dave. I'm a general music lover, play guitar in two bands (an original metal band, and a top 40 cover band), and live in the Washington, DC area. I'm also a moderator at metalguitarist.org, and I frequent ultimatemetal.com. I was looking for some new places to hang out and talk shop...
