CDs in crystal cases are arrange alphabetically by artist. And to answer the earlier poster, Neil Young is under Y but Captain Beefheart is under B and Jethro Tull under J. Promos are kept separately as they are usually in cardbord sleeves, and recent ones are separate from the rest...- ROCK247
