    Best Hair Metal Band of All Time

    When i first heard and saw the imagery of those Def Leppard videos on MTV, that made a profound impact on me musically. Plus Mutt Lange..... I would add Winger as Honorable Mention. Great musicianship and 'higher-end hairmetal' then just pretty hair.

    Rick Springfield

    Definitely one of the top singers from the 80s. He continues to write and play regularly. I admire that he is a diehard songwriter. He has written some amazing songs even after his 'peak' years.

    KISS ALIVE Vs ALIVE 2

    Thats tough. Both landmark records of all-time. i gave the edge to Alive II. My fave all-time live recording is Van Halen: Live without a Net but that was on DVD. I think that was also magical.

    I definitely have an appreciation for Boston. Maybe the first music i heard/remember. What grabs me with them is their sound/production. Ahead of their time maybe more then any other band in the 70s? The tone of the guitar melodies are more closer to 'modern' then 'classic' to me.
