Post your latest CD/DVD/Vinyl/Cassette purchases here!

Legacy Of Kings is one of my all time favorite albums. I was also at the Helloween show, and seeing Hammerfall was a kind of bucket list band to finally get to see. Other than the piped in backing vocals, I thought they were great. Joacim Cans is one of my favorite vocalists. Those first six...

    Thin Lizzy (Official Thread)

Always thought the final song on the final album had some haunting lyrics from Phil.. Mama, I'm dying of a heart attack, heart attack, heart attack I love that girl but she don't love me back My girl, she tells me that we're breaking up, breaking up, breaking up My heart can't handle the strain...

Review Rush- Permanent Waves (1980) *****

Your comment about Permanent Waves is interesting. Part of me agrees with you, as I love Hemishperes and it's that style that drew me to Dream Theater. Regarding Moving Pictures, I feel like it was a continuation of the direction Permanent Waves set, rather than a return to form. I found it a...

What Are You Listening to Now? Pics/Videos

I've always said that DLR won the first battle, even though VH would win the war. Seeing him on that tour was more like seeing VH than actually seeing VH on the 5150 tour.

Personally, I completely disagree, as Sabotage and Sabbath Bloody Sabbath are easily my two favorite Ozzy Era albums.

Five Favorite Albums Of Each Year

1996 Helloween-The Time Of the Oath Bruce Dickinson-Skunkworks That's really about it. I bought Load and Dio's Angry machines, but I'm not listing them because Angry Machines is Dio's worse album and Load is a glorified EP for me.

Review House of Lords - Full Tilt Overdrive

Huh. Interesting. OK, I'll give it a go. I'm not a HoL guy. Saw them open for Cheap Trick at the PPAC in 1989. What I remember about them was how ridiculous James Christian looked strutting around the stage. lol No Ken Mary is a bummer though.
