Led Zeppelin vs Van Halen
This is a 'Lay-Up' Led Zep of course. Yet I respect VH even though Eddie beat me to Valerie. What Did You Listen To In The 80's?
I've always enjoyed pop (mainstream Top 40) but in 1983 I learned to appreciate Metal. Became a big fan of Priest. as big glam metal (refuse to say 'Hair Metal) acts were rising. Also enjoy new wave, though not to the degree of slicingupeyeballs.com who will explore the 'F' out of the genre...- MrMusicFan

Favorite bands of the British Invasion?
Shout out to Herman's Hermits and the Dave Clark Five (Donovan?!) so I'd go with: 5 -The Animals, 4 - The Zombies, 3 - The Beatles, 2- The Stones, 1 - The Kinks. H.M. - Yardbirds, The Who and Gerry & the Pacemakers. This is MY ranking aside from global and/or critical acclaim.- MrMusicFan
