New album is exactly the amount of perfection I expected. Every track is fantastic.

pg.lost - Versus (2016) Easily one of the best albums that has come out this year. If you're a big enough post-rock fan, get on this shit.

Plus the guitar solos thrown in here and there with some instrumental tracks, makes for a wonderfully done album. Certainly one of the better albums this year for sure, and there's been quite a few.

Oh man, new album is ****ing great.

I meant it sounds like it belongs on the radio in regards to the production value and how "safe" is was. When he's put out albums like Hellbilly Deluxe, and even Venemous Rat Regeneration Vendor, I was expecting something of the same caliber if not better, but it was just a mess. Zombie...

It sounded like mostly filler and things you'd hear on the radio. I gave it like two listens and couldn't get into it at all.

The new album is god awful.

I wish I was around more but I'll just say one thing: if people think what they're seeing now is bad, try being around a year or two ago when there had to be 3 or 4 active mods on at a time to ensure the site is running smoothly.

I'm in-between with the new track. Part of me likes it, and part of me doesn't. At this point, i'm a little exhausted with Metallica, but I'll definitely be open minded with this one. Hopefully it's good.

I agree here as well. They've got quite a vast discography with different elements in each of them. Blackwater Park is a good one to start, and I'd throw in Damnation as well. Ghost Reveries is probably my favorite, so you can't go wrong with that one either.

They've been making some consistently great albums, so I don't doubt this one will be great. Pale Communion is very light on the growls, if any, and it's one of my favorite albums by them.

I absolutely love the new track. I feel like they're going for a bit more of a jazz-esque feel to their music, which is pretty amazing. I'm looking forward to seeing how the rest of the album sounds.

Well the neat thing is, every since I've listened to AMSP, I've been giving their other albums a listen again with a different mindset and i've been enjoying them a lot. I listened to Kid A last night and loved it. In Rainbows is next on the list.
