Late to this band but went on a whim and bought Demons and Wizards to start with and pleased extremely with the listening experience. 25 albums huh this will be a fun collecting. lol

D&W was by far their most popular album and also their best. I'm sure it was one of the few UH albums that had any radio play in the U.S., along with Sweet Freedom and Abominog.

Being a child of the US suburbs of the 70's I can attest that UH was all about Demons and Wizards and The Magician's Birthday. But I remember seeing them in 77.
And I totally remember the show from seeing the pictures of the gig on the UH site.

See, I don't remember anything from Magician's Birthday, not on any Chicago stations. I remember The Wizard, Easy Livin' and definitely Rainbow Demon from before I ever owned any albums.

I'm sure I heard Circus on what was probably an easy listening station of all places. I have a distinct memory of hearing in it my mom's car at a certain point and she would've only had on an easy listening station.
