I picked up a Madonna cd in late February or early March of this year called Something To Remember mainly cos of a track on the album that has the intriguing title called This Use To Be My Playground which I saw previously as a cd single in a second hand record shop in Berwick street Soho the west end of London anyway the aforementioned cd Something To Remember has the song on it and as for the rest of the cd all the tracks are sung in a 'dreamy way' by Madge and there are 'no rocked up' numbers on the cd so possibly the cd sounds better with ya rock chick after dark with the lights turned down low??.

Madonna baby come on the forum cos E-Z loves ya a million times more...

Cracking little post E-Z...story time here:
Worked on a nightshift making Imperial Leather Soap...wages were'nt bad- but the factory was a total shithole...and bubbles popped in your hair and laces ...6a:m at the bus stop...you got the odd early stare!
Anyhow..two strippers worked the line next to mine( they were always late punching in.) often dressed like Joan Jett on speedballs...and often sat forming male members from soft soap!
One night this came on the tannoy...
...their dance made me an instant fan!

Sounds like my kind of "ladies" Nai Noswad have you got any phone numbers nice. ;)

As for Madonna who I once ignored completely I now actually like. Madonna is a 'living icon' so whatever she does it will be news.

Did someone listen to her last album "Madame X"?
I enjoyed it. I like it, when artists get political and want to create art to make people think and to help them.
I also guess that - with Madame X - Madonna finally renounced to the spot-light, in order to be more focused on the artistic side of her music. I mean, albums like Hard Candy, MDNA and - in part - Rebel Heart seemed a way to follow the wake of other younger pop stars.
I don't feel that with Madame X, which follows its own path.
It may be not radio-friendly or catchy, but it has a reason to exist and its personality... and I like its atmosphere half-english/half-portuguese. In my opinion, her best work since American Life and Confessions on the dancefloor.

and this song, which also was one of the singles, is one of my favorites... an anthem!

A crazy idea came to me a couple of years ago about Madonna?. Apparently 'Madge' is a pretty good electric guitar rhythm player and it would have sent shock waves through the rock world if Madonna had done a tour as the rhythm guitarist with AC/DC taking over from the late Malcolm Young??. That would have given both AC/DC and Madonna a worldwide high profile media attention and would have brought a crossover audience of AC/DC fans and Madonna fans to all there concerts and would have been a worldwide sellout tour grossing in excess of 500.MILLION bucks!!!

With regards to Madonna playing rhythm guitar with AC/DC on a tour I believe Madonna played electric guitar on stage with US thrashers PANTERA a few years ago so anything is possible?.
