Probably KISS for the music (such as it is), and A.C. for the album cover. My vote is a split-decision.

Easily KISS. That AC album is rock solid, but KISS' debut album is (in my humble opinion) one of the best rock debuts of all time.

Both are killer! I'm not a devoted KISS fan, but that is definitely one of their best albums, an insanely good debut to boot. But My love for AC, especially for Killer, shifts the balance quite heavily as far as preference.
