Way back when he appeared on American Bandstand..
It was when the GLAM scene was going on.. Edger Winter with "They Only Come Out At Night" and T-Rex and others..
I was not sure where music was going..
Prince grew on me..
Brilliant musician..
Both Michael Jackson and Prince were to me some of the best dance music coming out.. Both were on the radio as I grew up..
It was OK for them to stay legends in my book..
No better way to bow out and say goodbye to a world were the music nowdays.. is going a different direction..
