This particular track is my favourite of theirs
If you like long spaced out guitar jams then man are for you. Especially the live stuff
A few years ago we saw them at Sheffield boardwalk. Sheffield crowds aren't exactly energetic
That night man had been allow two and half hours As they liked to just jam.
The crowd were as boring as usual
After 90 mins the lead chap said to the audience that they either show some respect and stop talking amongst themselves and get into the gig or the band woukd go off.
After one more song they gave up and went off as the audience didn't respond. In fact most of them didn't even notice they'd finished

Svartsot is a Danish folk metal band formed in 2005. Svartsot’s music can best be described as the meeting between folk music’s and the Middle Age’s compelling melodies and melodic death metal. The heavy yet progressive rhythm guitar, bass and drums lay a solid base for the authentic tones of the mandolin, bagpipe and whistles, whilst the lead guitar builds a bridge between the two worlds. Svartsot’s lyrical universe finds inspiration in Denmark’s wealth of folklore and history, and the predominantly growled lyrics are performed entirely in Danish. Svartsot means 'Dark Sickness'.
