Leaving a side Jeff's undoubted musicianship as a speed metal guitarist par excellence with his own band ANNIHILATOR but on a personal level I'm not sure what possessed Jeff to have a haircut like he's got (or had in recent times?) it looks like Jeff's been involved with a battle with a lawn mower, and lost!!.
