Most of the posts here have, at best, either misunderstood my OP or not read the sub-forum title. I was giving positive feedback on something that was here only briefly around three years ago and before the new software. Disagree by all means, but otherwise remove the word 'feedback' from the sub-forum title.
In my own way I still don' t like "like" culture and like the idea of either saying something or not. Having said that people who are going to talk are going to talk and people who like to click a button or keep things shorthand/ brief are going to stick to that. I think in the end where a forum or group is their to serve multiple types that options either way serve pretty well. I've kind of come around on my initial opinion of the social media perks making thier way into the forum.
