It's a more cohesive concept or Opera, so to speak, where I feel Quadrophenia missed that mark. However, Jesus Christ Superstar is the BEST stage performed opera....Tommy & The Wall performances sucked. Another good opera is Drive By Truckers "Southern Rock Opera"

I had the pleasure to listen to the live version on Live At Leeds in this release edition: https://www.discogs.com/it/Who-Live...y-Ultimate-Collectors-Edition/release/2652876 For me, it's the top of the rock operas. Very nice Jesus Christ Superstar on this remastered reissue: https://www.discogs.com/it/Various-Andrew-Lloyd-Webber-Tim-Rice-Jesus-Christ-Superstar/master/79753. However, all those operas of which we are talking are expressions of considerable value of rock music. Unfortunately, I have never listened to Drive By Truckers: in Italy, it is unknown.
