After staying out of the spotlight for a number of years, former Kiss guitarist Vinnie Vincent will be making an appearance at a convention for Kiss fans. He has issued a public statement on the event, which will take place in Atlanta early next year.

“Dear fans, I’m happy and excited to be seeing all of you at the Atlanta KISS Expo on January 20, 2018,” reads a handwritten statement posted on the Expo’s Facebook page. “It’s been a long time coming, and I know we’re going to have an amazing and memorable time. I look forward to meeting you, signing autographs, taking photos, answering your questions and generally having a fun weekend. It will be a celebration for one and all! Thank you for your love and faith.”

The Atlanta Kiss Expo is billing itself as a “celebration” of the years Vincent spent as a member of Kiss, during which they released Creatures of the Night and Lick It Up. His solo career will also be recognized, and more special guests will be announced in the future. A promotional video featuring Vincent is expected to premiere on Sept. 26.

Fans planning to attend can purchase one of three packages: Silver ($45), which gives access to a Q&A session with Vincent; pink ($75), which also grants priority entry into the first of his three autograph sessions; and Gold VIP ($289), which includes a meet-and-greet and photo opportunity with Vincent. Unfortunately, all Gold VIP packages are sold out, but there is a wait list. For full details, visit the event’s website.

Oh wow. Actually surprised someone posted about this!

It was quite a surprise; filled with a lot of anxiety and questions from fans. Due to VV's past, many thought this to be a hoax or, even if it was real, VV would more than likely not show up.

But with absolute confirmation by Derek Christopher himself, this WILL be happening; along with VV actually making an appearance.
Three Sides Of The Coin podcast interviewed Derek and asked questions that put everyone at ease.

Ha, due to this thread not having any responses, I may be the only fan of VV on here!

Anywho, I will be attending the Expo in January. If anyone else plans on being there, see ya! :)

I'm a fan, if not a huge one.

I have all 3 VVI albums (VVI, All Systems Go & Euphoria EP). Good stuff overall, the second albums was the best of the three.

Awesome :) and good to know I am not the only fan on here.
Do you plan on going to the Expo?

And amazingly he's been dressing like that everyday since we last saw him.
It's a bit awkward at the supermarket but it's all about commitment to ROCK AND ROLL BABY!
