A truly great loss. People don't realize what a fantastic guitar player he was. A few weeks back I was going through a box of stuff cleaned off from around my dad's workbench, and I discovered some old tapes I made in 1979 from a school friend's 45's. One of the songs I didn't recognize, a version of the William Tell Overture. When I looked it up on youtube, I realized that it was Glen Campbell.
