I guess that by putting this out there he is putting pressure on himself to deliver the goods. I won't be convinced until the album is out there to be bought. He's been talking about this for years, with various themes/concepts discussed.

I love the concept he has for the tour. He said it'll be like 75% (or somewhere around there) old material but that it'll all be connected by a theme. That sounds fantastic. I would love to hear 15% new material! Sounds like this show will be much more up my alley on the by-the-book Wall shows. And the tour is this year so he'd know by now what he's going to do.
