Deep Purple In Rock vs Rush 2112

Which album of these two great classic rock albums is better to you and why? These albums are one of my favorite rock albums and one of albums that define 70s rock. Your opinions?

Love em both, although they are six years apart (in the early 70's six years is like 10 or 15) so it's hard to compare. 2112 is like comfort food to me, where with DP's In Rock, half the songs I've known for decades and the other half only about 9 or 10 years. It blows me away everytime I hear it. Very heavy for 1970.

I suppose 2112 slight edge over In Rock.

Two ultimate classics !! Ilove both albums..."In Rock" was the first album I ever bought, so very special to me. 2112..pure class by Geddy and the boys
