Ian Anderson aka Jethro Tull is a fantastic performer. He puts so much energy in every song he performs. I have only seen videos of concert footage from him, but would love see him perform live in person. I would say my favourite song by him is Skating Away On The Thin Ice Of A New Day.

Saw Jethro Tull for their 25th Anniversy tour and they were every bit as good as their studio material. They were consumate musicians on stage and they gave a damn good show. Two of the highlights that I remember was them playing a shortened version of Thick as a Brick as well as Too old to rock 'n roll, to young to die. Martin Barre was at the top of his game at that stage and of course, Ian Anderson was amazing. The show went on for almost three hours and it was probably one of the best rock concerts I attended because I still remember it so vividly.
