Around 1999, I had near 800 CD's. More than I ever had time to listen to, but I was definitely an obsessive collector. Then I sold around 600 of them, keeping my absolute favorite bands and hard to find imports, etc.
That collection was almost entirely classic & hard rock, mainstream metal.
Since 2007 I've bought mostly symph metal, doom, the stuff I usually comment on around here, but I still love the music I started listening to 40 years ago.

Symph metal is my obsession and passion the past couple years. I especially like the beauty & beast type

Yes, Sharp Dressed Man, I'm a big fan of Howe's era (I like albums with his voice a bit more, than (undoubtable classic) 70's Bad Co). Relax, it's just a fantasies.

I really hope it's true, Bad Company were a great band and always had a good place in my heart for them. Paul Rodgers is one of my favourite vocalists as well.
