New Toto album at the end of March 2015

Considering that the band parted around a decade ago, this is extra good news.

Album titel: XIV (surprise!)

So which are the best songs per Toto album?
1. Georgy Porgy
2. White sister
3. ? (insufficient listening)
4. Africa
5. Isolation
6. Could this be love?
7. Home of the brave
8. Kingdom of desire
9. The road goes on
10. Goin' home
11. Better world
12. ? (insufficient listening)
13. Bottom of your soul
14. ? (who knows?)

So the new album is amazing. Time to rank them all!

1. Fahrenheit (10/10 and one of my top ten albums of all time!)
2. Tambu (9.5/10)
3. Isolation (9/10)
4. IV (9/10)
5. XIV (8/10)

6. Toto (8/10)
7. Turn Back (7.5/10)
8. Hydra (really grown on me this has!) (7/10)
9. The Seventh One (6.5/10)
10. Kingdom Of Desire (6/10)
11. Falling In Between (5/10)
12. Mindfields (3/10)

One of my all time favourite bands.

I plan on getting into Toto in a big way shortly. These underrated jam-masters ROCK!

Me too. I never really listened to them seriously but i've heard 'Rosanna'. Guessing Toto IV was their biggest hit? Shouldn't they be considered more an '80's band' then 70's with the height of their success?

Not really. Honestly the debut album had a massive hit, Hold the Line, which put them on the music radar for the late 70's.

I have never considered Toto a hard rocking band. I would consider Turn Back their "hardest" album. One thing I will say for Toto, they are not boring or monotonous.

Ok, i'll start listening to the first one. I really like 'Hold the Line'. Don't think of them heavy either.
According to YT, their debut album went 2X Platinum in US/Canada.
