I completely agree, this is nothing new. One week they put Rush on the cover, next week this ding-a-ling. They've been balancing their covers this way for years. RS has not been a magazine to be taken seriously for a long, loooooong time.

You need not bring any social value whatsoever for Rolling Stone magazine to treat you like you are relevant. I thought this has been understood for at least 3 decades???

The crap Rolling Stone throws down the catwalk couldn't even constitute the death of a music venue let alone the death of music.

Shows how utterly out of touch some folks are. And I'm well aware of the irony of that last statement but there is willfully unaware and just plain piss poor 'journalism'.

Well, if Sinead thinks this is the death of music, she's putting way too much value on Rolling Stone Magazine. Besides, they've had Pamela Anderson and Jenny McCarthy on the cover in the past. I don't really see a big difference between them and Kim.
