Squire's Fish Out Of Water is a classic and is by far my favorite solo album from a Yes member.

My brother lives in Hawaii. A friend of his saw a familiar face at a gas station. The familiar face asked "Do you know who I am?". It was Chris Squire. He said he had to go inside for a second and asked him to wait. There was a woman in the car. He said to her "I don't want to bother him". And she said, "dear God, you can't bother him, he'll talk to you for hours!" That's the kind of guy Chris Squire was.

To say that Chris Squire was a virtuoso would not come close to describing his incredible talent. We are fortunate and blessed that his music will live on.

I feel a personal loss with his passing and wish to console his family by saying that he was loved and will be remembered. I hold a cherished memory of seeing him perform that still remains one of the most treasured of my life. Heaven truly has a new member in the band.

Rest Peacefully Chris Squire.

Has was the only constant member. As such, and with all the other guys being fluid over the years, I'm not sure how I feel about the band continuing as Yes.

One of the all time greatest bass players as well as the most distinctive one.

R.I.P.

yes no anderson and no squire = no go
maybe they should just call it the steve howe band
