I loved The Division Bell, so if this is from the same sessions it has a lot of promise. However, they were probably left overs for a reason. Nevertheless, David Gilmour is a fantasic guitarist and Pink Floyd, both old and new versions were always good. So absolutely I'll be buying it, on CD from a music store.

Of course, I will! Right now, I might feel slightly unsure about the material and feel the need to hear it before buying it, but the moment I see it on the shelves in the local record store, I know I won’t be able to resist grabbing a copy!

In my mind it is a David Gilmour solo album, so probably not.

If it's full of long, mostly instrumental songs like Echoes though I'd be willing to give it a shot. When the clips come up on Amazon/iTunes I'll listen to them and decide if I think I'd like the album or not.

I agree with everything you've said here. But I'm not sure if I'll be buying it or not. More info needs to come out about this so-called "album". Maybe I'll buy it. Let's see.

I'm undecided but considering I liked AMLOR and the Division Bell most likely I will end up getting the new album. But I want to hear a few tracks first.

Yes, yes, yes. Even if Roger Waters isn't on the album. It would also be great if Rick Wright left some stuff for the new album.
