The Best Of My Love - Eagles

The acoustic guitar and pedal steel combination here is beautiful and sounds at its absolute best on a warm summer's evening (Saturday Night, also by the Eagles, has another beautiful opening with the mandolin).

I also think this is quite beautiful in a different way:
Sheep - Pink Floyd

What I love about this one is how Rick Wright's lovely piano introduction gives way to the harshness of Roger Waters' vocals and the subsequent synth and guitar parts, but the opening section really is nice.

I've always loved the piano intro of Firth Of Fifth by Genesis.

Also the mellotron intro to Watcher Of The Skies.

Don't know how beautiful it is, but the little car starting at the first of Kiss Destroyer was pretty cool.
