I was like 4 years old at the time, and have no connection to any of the individuals involved, it's not my place to judge what did or didn't happen. But if I were to wager a guess, I would say no, he wasn't murdered. Kurt appears to have been more than suicidal enough on his own, I'm not sure why someone would go to the trouble when he's liable to accomplish the same end of his own accord.

I do think it's possible he was looking to divorce Courtney, but I don't think that would have necessarily made Courtney seek extreme measures. I reckon she's more than full enough of herself to assume she can be a star on her own, with or without Kurt.

Anyhoo saw this pic of Kurt's daughter Frances and her fiance Isaiah Silva....

Is it jut me or does he look a heck of a lot like Kurt? I find that totally creepy. I mean in 1995 it wouldn't have been odd to see a guy who looks like that but... today, that look isn't very common. So either Frances has to be seeking out guys who look like her dad, or maybe this guy is some huge Nirvana fan who decided to seek out Frances. o_O

you should make that question a poll.. could be interesting lol
I believe he killed himself.. even though there are many factors that make a lot of sense if someone killed him, I think it also makes sense if he killed himself though.

I don't really think he looks like Kurt, he just dresses like him and has long hair lol.

I don't see why Courtney would have him killed, he almost killed himself so many times and she saved him. Like the Rome incident, there's the conspiracy that Courtney drugged him as her first attempt of killing him, since it was her prescription.. but if that was true why would she have tried to save him. If your a Courtney fan, you know by her performances and just her actions in general after Kurt died are very clearly related to grieving, not celebrating.

If you've seen the later shows, Kurt doesn't look happy at all, he looked miserable.. He made what was thought of as jokes at the time, in interviews about "retiring" and he was the only one not laughing.

I personally think that Tom Grant just saw a loop hole in the story and exaggerated it to make himself famous. I mean, he doesn't have any proof of any of his accusations either, just a theory

Does anyone feel Nirvana may have still been together had it not been for Kurt Cobain's tragic 1994 demise.Personally,I think they went as far as they were going to go as a group, but,of course,we'll never know.................

I think it's quite possible they would have gone the Soundgarden route and broke up only reunite years later.

Even if Nirvana had disbanded after "In Utero" and never reunited, nothing can erase their enormous impact on the recording industry of the early nineties. Many notable rock critics believe that only "Sgt. Pepper" had a greater influence in its time than "Nevermind".It was more than just a great record. It actually had SOCIOLOGICAL impact.Of course, that can only be said about only so many artists and recordings.....................

Nirvana are one of those groups that I don't like, but I can understand why people do like them.
