How can I see that statistics on my iPod??

Dunno if it's the same on all iPods, but on mine (iPod Classic) you go to Music -> Artists. Once you click on an artist, the first line is "All songs" and a number beneath (only if you have more than one album by the artist). That number is the number of songs of the particular artist on the iPod. :)

Two 80GB ipods with roughly 35,000 songs.

Most prominant would be:

The Beatles
Led Zeppelin
Jimi Hendrix
Pink Floyd
The Rolling Stones
The complete commercial recordings of Albert King
The Allman Brothers
Yes
Gentle Giant
Jethro Tull
Bob Dylan
Jefferson Airplane (and offshoots)
Fleetwood Mac

Don't have an iPod, never will.

I'd rather listen to this than listen to an ipod:

However, if you want to know what I listen to on my mp3 device... I can happily include that in the thread

I'm an avid live recording collector and happen to have every Metallica concert recording. So 25,510 of them lol.
